After graduating from the Food Engineering Department of Gaziantep University in 1995, Dr. İlkay GÖK completed his master's degree at the Department of Food Technology Gaziantep University, in 1998. GÖK, who completed her doctorate at Gaziantep University, worked at Gaziantep University between 2004-2013. Since 2013, she has been working as the Head of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Department at Okan University.
